I am a qualified personal trainer and nutrition advisor with a love for all things food and fitness related.
I have always had a passion for sports, playing tennis competitively until I was 16 and being roped into every available sports team at school. These days I love lifting weights in the gym, home TRX & kettlebell sessions and my favourite form of cardio – walking through the Chilterns with my dog Roxy.
I am also passionate about helping others achieve their goals. We are all capable of change but how we get there and how long it takes is unique to everyone. I listen to my client’s needs and encourage them to look at ways to improve their lifestyle as a whole – their routines, habits, diet, likes, dislikes, family, work life and activity. There are 168 hours in a week – my goal is to get you thinking about how you can get the most out of each of them to feel healthier, happier, nourished, more productive and full of life!
