Some mornings I feel the need for something green - this was one of those mornings and I can feel the goodness spreading with each sip 🙌
Try my green smoothie recipe ⬇️
2 small ripe pears 2 balls frozen spinach 1 celery stalk 4 inch chunk of cucumber 1 large broccoli floret Slice of ginger (to taste) Sprinkle of cinnamon 1 tbsp. flax seed (optional) 1/2 cup almond milk (optional) 1/2 - 1 cup water
