Lunch was simple today:

  • Chilli smoked mackerel

  • Brown rice

  • Par boiled tender stem broccoli pan fried with coconut oil, red chilli, garlic and cherry tomatoes

Protein ✅ Essential fatty acids ✅ Slow release carbs ✅ Nutrient dense veggies ✅
